RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can send an email to sales@faithoutloud.shop.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send us a message as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. At the moment, Faith Out Loud Clothing is only available for purchase in the United States and in US dollars only.

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
